ÐÔ°®ÊÓƵ publishes 2018 UK Gender Pay Gap Report
ÐÔ°®ÊÓƵ has today published its 2018 UK Gender Pay Gap Report. The figures in the report cover all of Prudential’s UK-based staff.
Tim Rolfe, Group HR Director at ÐÔ°®ÊÓƵ, said: “ÐÔ°®ÊÓƵ’s gender pay gap reflects the fact that we currently have more men than women in leadership, investment management and senior operational roles.
“We are working to close the gender pay gap as soon as possible, although this will not happen overnight. We have introduced a range of activities that have improved the diversity of our talent pipeline and will reduce the gender pay gap over time. We are ensuring our succession planning is gender diverse, introducing mentoring schemes, supporting women returning from maternity leave and have introduced online unconscious bias training throughout the Group.
“Improving diversity and inclusion is one of Prudential’s strategic objectives and we have implemented a range of measures to achieve this throughout the Group.”
